The supplier does not provide, nor is liable for the cost of, alternate transport whilst your vehicle is being assessed or repaired. The supplier reserves the right to use its recommended repairer to carry out any assessment or repairs, and will not pay for a repairer of your choice to carry out any assessment or repairs. Any claims that are submitted without the requested information or supporting documentation will not be assessed until all information requested has been provided to the supplier. If a repair may reasonably require the removal of a child/infant restraint, you must remove this from your vehicle prior to delivery to the supplier. If it has not been removed, the supplier may refuse to complete the repair. The supplier will not refit, and is not responsible for the refit of, restraints after repair. When you provide your vehicle to the supplier for assessment and/or repair, it must be reasonably clean as the condition of your vehicle is likely to hinder the ability of the supplier to assess/repair your vehicle. Please note after tinting, it is possible the roof lining may drop on older cars. Our office will take no responsibility if this occurs. Our liability is purely limited to replacement of film only and will not be liable for any consequential damage that may occur if we are to re-tint. Signature(Required) Δ
